Facility:

Located in East Oakland, California within 3-miles of Oakland International Airport, 30-miles of San Francisco International Airport and with easy access to deep water dock and channel in San Francisco Bay.  3.64 acres fenced and security protected, 80,000 square feet under roof, 40,000 square foot dedicated to Fabrication, 22,500 square feet dedicated to Machining, 17,500 square feet currently leased.  One 12 ton and two 5 ton Overhead Bridge Cranes in Main Fabrication Bay - 45 foot span x 25 feet under the hook.  Two 5 ton Overhead Bridge Cranes in most other bays.  (58) 1 ton Jib Hoists strategically located through out the various shops.
